Second Production Stage

Preparation - 6 Monofilos

The Second Production Stage is dedicated to the preparation of stone blocks, featuring six high-performance monofilament machines. With a daily capacity to dress up to 20 cut sides, this stage efficiently prepares blocks for gang saw cutting. Equipped with high-quality overhead cranes capable of handling blocks up to 50 tons directly from our quarry, this stage ensures precise cutting, dressing, and squaring of blocks. It streamlines the workflow, enhances production efficiency, and maintains the highest standards of quality for all subsequent processing stages.

Third Production Stage

Blocks Cutting - 4 Gang Saws With 80 Blades FGL

The Third Production Stage focuses on precise block cutting, featuring four high-performance gang saws equipped with 80 FGL blades. With a nonstop operational capacity to cut blocks eight to ten times per day, this stage efficiently transforms raw stone blocks into slabs of varying thickness, ranging from 2 cm to 8 cm. Designed for high productivity and consistent quality, it ensures accurate cutting, smooth slab surfaces, and seamless preparation for subsequent finishing and processing stages.

Fourth Production Stage

Polishing - 3 Polishing Lines

Our facility features advanced polishing and finishing machines to deliver top-quality stone surfaces: 30 Heads Polishing Line (FGL China): Largest in Egypt with horizontal oven. Three-step process: 10 heads grinding, oven treatment, 20 heads polishing. Capacity: 3,000–3,500 m²/day. Produces polished and honed finishes up to 8 cm thick (excluding acid/flamed). 16 Heads Simec Italian Machine: Polishes large slabs up to 2.2 m width. Capacity: 1,500 m²/day. Supports finishes up to 8 cm thick (excluding acid/flamed). 16 Heads Tiles Polishing Machine (FGL China): Handles tiles up to 105 cm wide. Capacity: 800–1,200 m²/day. Produces polished and honed finishes without oven (excluding acid/flamed). Resin Line – 80 Slabs Oven (Pro-Metec Italy): Vertical 80-slab oven with robotic Book Match and vacuum. Capacity: 30 faces/hour, 2–4 cm thickness.

Ideal for large-scale projects requiring premium finishes, excluding acid and flamed treatments. Tiles Polishing Machine

Power: FGL (China) 16-Head Machine, consisting of 4 heads for precise calibration and 12 heads dedicated to polishing, designed for high-performance and consistent results. Capacity: Capable of producing 800–1,200 m² per day, ensuring efficient processing of tiles with high quality. Capability: Handles tiles up to a maximum width of 105 cm and can produce a wide variety of finishes, including polished and honed surfaces, without the need for an oven. Suitable for all standard applications except acid-etched and flamed finishes. Ideal for medium to large-scale production with precise surface quality and smooth finishing.

Resin Line

Power: 80-slab vertical resin line with two towers (35 + 45) featuring a Pro-Metec Italian machine. Incorporates the latest 2020 technology, fully automated with robotic systems and a vacuum-assisted Book Match process. Designed for high efficiency, precision, and consistent quality in large-scale stone processing. Capacity: Capable of processing up to 30 faces per hour with slab thicknesses ranging from 2 cm to 4 cm, ensuring rapid and reliable production for medium and large projects. Capability: Performs treatment on both faces of the slabs and enables Open Book matching with exceptional accuracy. Equipped to maintain high-quality netting from the backside, providing flawless finishing and superior aesthetic appeal. Ideal for luxury stone applications, high-end interior projects, and large-scale production requiring precision and uniformity.

Cutting - 6 Bridge Cutting Machines

The Fifth Production Stage is a critical phase dedicated to achieving precision cutting and flawless edge finishing. This stage is equipped with 6 state-of-the-art bridge cutting machines, designed to handle slabs of various sizes with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. In addition, the process incorporates 11 Snic, FGL, and manual edge machines, which ensure every slab receives meticulous attention, producing perfectly smooth edges and consistent finishes. By combining advanced technology with skilled craftsmanship, this stage guarantees high-quality results, minimized material waste, and enhanced productivity. Every slab that passes through this stage reflects the highest standards of precision, durability, and aesthetic excellence, making it ideal for both large-scale projects and custom applications.

Profiling & Artwork - 5 Types Of Finishes

CNC & Stone Processing Stage This stage combines advanced CNC and specialized machines to deliver precision and high-quality finishes. Our equipment includes: CNC Profile Machines (2 units) – Cutting detailed profiling lines, 400 L.M/day. CNC Router Machines (3 units) – Engraving curves, patterns, and characters on marble, 10 m²/day. Polishing Edge Machine (1 unit, Italian) – Polishes edges and creates grooves, 1000 L.M/day. Split Face Machines (5 units, Turkish) – Split-face finishes, 400 m²/day. Tumbling Machines (2 units, Italian & Turkish) – Smooth sharp edges, 400 m²/day. 5-Axes CNC Wire Machine (1 unit) – Precision profiling, 400 L.M/day.
